A premier asset management firm based in New York is looking to add a Private Debt Associate to their investment team. The firm specialise in direct lending to the US middle-market, predominantly to companies in the software, digital infrastructure, and healthcare verticals. This is an exciting opportunity to join an extremely successful private credit platform with an excellent track record.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist on the origination, structuring, and execution of private credit investments.
• Conduct detailed due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment of potential investments.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging opportunities in the private credit space.
• Present investment recommendations and strategies to senior management and investment committees.
Role Requirements:
• 2– 5 years’ relevant experience within High Yield / CLO / Leveraged Finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills.
• A demonstrable interest in financial markets.
